Therefore, set the sensitivity according to the requirements of actual use.When there are many metals, the sensitivity can be reduced first to detect larger metals; Then improve the sensitivity and detect smaller metals.
Notice:At present, all metal separators can not separate a single metal in the product,All metal separators separate metal with a small amount of product,Vibrators can be used to reduce the product inflow rate, or smaller metal separators can be used.When the product contains a lot of iron metal, a magnet can be added, so the detection effect will be very good.When the metal separator is used with the injection molding machine, the sensitivity can be reduced, which can reduce false alarm.
When no product passes:
1. Adjust knob 4 counterclockwise so that yellow light 2 does not light up;Then adjust knob 4 clockwise to turn yellow light 2 on,Continue to adjust knob 4 clockwise for two more turns.(The metal separator has been set up during production without adjustment)
2. Adjust knob 5 clockwise to keep red light 3 on or flashing,Then adjust knob 5 counterclockwise so that lamp 3 does not light up,Turn it counterclockwise for another two turns,At this time, the metal separator has the highest sensitivity(The higher the sensitivity, the smaller the detectable metal) .
3. When no metal passes through the metal separator, the yellow light 2 needs to be on all the time,Red light 3 has not been on.Red light 3 flashes when metal passes through the metal separator
4. Sensitivity adjustment:
Clockwise rotation increases sensitivity
Counterclockwise rotation reduces sensitivity

1. A non inductive screwdriver is required to adjust the knob
2. The sensitivity of metal separator shall be adjusted according to the actual production needs
3. When the machine is first turned on, the cylinder will automatically perform a separation test
